    Harvest Ridge Winery, bordering both Delaware and Maryland, offers a fantastic wine selection. The winery is about 25 minutes away from the Speedway, and off the beaten path, but definitely worth the drive! The tasting room is large and comfortable, offering a relaxing setting for you to taste their most prized wines. Harvest Ridge Winery offers different foods and a selection of cheeses to please your palate. The winery holds a variety of different events, including a Military Appreciation Day on Friday, May 13th, and a Car Show from noon to 5pm on Sunday, May 15th.

    DELAWARE AGRICULTURAL MUSEUM

    Dover, Delaware

    The Delaware Agricultural Museum is a great spot close to the racetrack. If you are planning on visiting the race, the museum actually offers NASCAR camping. They have a “Historic Village”, a collection of historic buildings we have moved to the Museum grounds from all over Delaware, which is a great setting with woods behind them. Here you can set up a tent or your motor home for race weekend. Anything that you may need is easily within walking distance, including, a grocery store, restaurants, liquor stores, as well as vendors and activities.
    While you’re there, be sure to check out the museum, too! It boasts great history, educational programs, and tours.
